Qualifications

• New graduate or bachelor’s degree with graduation within 4 years.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in finances.
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with IA.
• English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and participate in strategic discussions alongside managers or senior consultants.
• Analyze major medical expense programs, including coverage, terms, and scope.
• Assess plan competitiveness based on market data and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for cost containment and benefits improvement.
