About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at B2C Development and Construction Corporation. As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position will be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• Monitor construction progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources to support construction activities
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical problems and optimise construction processes
• Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple moving parts
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating construction teams to ensure high-quality work and on-time project delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
