Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid DOLE-BWC SO3 certification and/or training is required.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSH Standards, risk assessment, and construction safety.
• Good communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, orientations, and toolbox meetings.
• Computer literate, particularly MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain OSH documentation.
• Coordinate with management, contractors, and workers on safety concerns.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper safety controls.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and project safety requirements.
