Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Safety Officer SO3 with valid training certificates.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards and applicable government regulations.
• Experienced in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Excellent documentation, report writing, and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and HSE training programs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities
