Job summary

Prompt Managers and Construction Services Inc. in Manila is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with 3–5 years' experience as a Pre-Construction/Office Engineer to support bidding and project setup.

You will prepare BOQs and costings, issue bid invitations, coordinate NDA submissions, schedule meetings, and communicate clearly in professional English while presiding meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 3-5 years experience as Pre-Construction Engineer/Office Engineer
• Highly knowledgeable in pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, and negotiations.
• Able to communicate in professional English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and budgeting costings.
• Draft and issuance of invitations to bid.
• Monitor NDA submissions.
• Conduct follow up and reminders to bidders/contractors.
• Schedule Zoom meetings.
• Schedule Google Calendar invites for meetings.
• Preside meetings.
