Job summary

ECCDI, a Philippine construction and engineering firm, seeks a Sales Engineer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and translate technical requirements into actionable proposals and quotes.

You will engage with engineers, contractors, project owners, and procurement teams to develop profitable projects and service contracts, traveling as needed to meet clients and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sales, engineering sales, business development, project management, or a related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with an engineering or technical background.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, industrial, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, industrial companies, project owners, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, events, site visits, and direct business development.
• Understand client requirements and determine ECCDI services and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, proposals, and active opportunities.
