Job summary

Greenmark Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator (Construction) to ensure compliance with WSH Act and company safety requirements on site in Singapore. You will conduct daily safety inspections, monitor RA/SWP/PTW compliance, and lead inductions and safety briefings.

The role involves preparing WSH documentation, investigating incidents, and supporting audits. A strong team player with relevant certifications and at least 3 years of construction safety experience

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
• WAH Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
