Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Coordinator (Construction) to ensure compliance with the WSH Act, conduct daily site safety inspections, and maintain safety records.

You will lead toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings, monitor RA/SWP/PTW compliance, and support audits, with a focus on continuous safety improvements across projects in Singapore. Relevant WSQ certificates and WA H certification are required.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH is required with a valid refresher certificate.
• WAH (Work at Heights) Assessor certification is required.
• Risk Management certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure RA, SWP, and PTW compliance.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
• Work at Heights (WAH) Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Minimum 3 year of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
