Job summary

Greenmark Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) cum Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to oversee safety, health, and environmental matters on site in Singapore. The role requires registering as WSHO with MOM and ECO with NEA, plus experience implementing WSHMS and EMP.

You will conduct inspections, lead safety inductions, coordinate with authorities and stakeholders, and drive risk reduction and continuous improvement on the project.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Registered WSHO with MOM.
• Registered ECO with NEA.
• BizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH and environmental legislation.
• Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Manager/Project Manager in safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the designated WSHO and ECO for the project.
• Implement and monitor the WSHMS and EMP.
• Conduct daily site safety, health, and environmental inspections; identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure risk assessments and SWPs are in place and followed.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
