Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) professional to oversee safety at a data centre project site in Singapore. You will implement, monitor and enforce WSH requirements, conduct inspections and manage risk assessments and PTW processes to ensure safe work practices.

Candidates should hold an Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) and a Manage Work at Height certification, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or data centre

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Manage Work at Height certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in construction, MEP or data centre projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and safety regulations.
• Experience preparing RA, SWP, Method Statements and PTW documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and MEP construction activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with contractors and project teams.
• Experience in data centre construction or related projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor WSH requirements at data centre project site.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and observations.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and client safety standards.
• Prepare and review RA, SWP, Method Statements and PTW documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, confined space and electrical works.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety inductions.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and drills.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; report findings.
• Maintain WSH records and documentation.
• Liaise with client, main contractor and authorities on WSH matters.
