ACCIONA is seeking a qualified HSE Manager for the South Commuter Railway Project, Metro Manila. The role involves overseeing the HSE Management system across the project, ensuring compliance with client requirements and legal regulations, and leading the HSE team to achieve high standards of safety and environmental performance.

The candidate should bring extensive construction and railway project experience, expertise in IMS plans and SOPs, and strong communication skills to foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or applied science field and relevant HSE experience.
• Minimum 12 years construction experience with 5 years in railway projects.
• Proven ability to develop IMS plans, procedures, and SOPs and to manage HSE documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of the HSE Management system across the project.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and all legal/regulatory legislation.
• Collaborate with client to build positive working relationships and supervise HSE personnel.
• Develop and implement environmental plans and Worksite Management Plan; monitor health, safety and environment performance.
• Provide training and support to project staff on HSE requirements and reporting.
