Job summary

YUNNAN KEBO CONSTRUCTION CORP. is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for PV EPC projects to manage scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and subcontractor coordination.

The role ensures construction activities are carefully planned, tracked, and completed on schedule. Candidate should be proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Office, with strong English communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• PV/solar EPC project planning experience preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• PMP, P6, MSP, CPM, or MOS certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Track construction progress and identify schedule delays or deviations.
• Collect, verify, and monitor subcontractor manpower and workload/progress data.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors regarding schedules, targets, and work progress.
• Analyze progress and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project planning and progress documentation.

About the role

An experienced Planning Engineer for PV EPC projects, to manage project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and subcontractor coordination. The role will be responsible for ensuring construction activities are properly planned, tracked, and completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Track construction progress and identify schedule delays or deviations

About you

• Experience in PV/solar EPC projects, preferably with transmission line and substation experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Good understanding of construction planning and progress monitoring
• Good English communication and reporting skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
• PMP, P6, MSP, CPM, or MOS certification is an advantage
