Job summary

JTL PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Supervisory professional in Cavite to oversee ongoing construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, safety, and documentation standards. The role involves supervising Site Engineers, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
• 3–5 years of construction experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or Design & Build projects.
• Experience supervising Site Engineers or handling multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications, quality control, and documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify the work, reports, and accomplishments of Site Engineers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and validate actual project progress.
• Monitor project schedule, quality, manpower, materials, and overall site performance.
• Review and approve/endorse Request for Inspection (RFI), Request for Approval (RFA), and other construction forms.
• Prepare, review, and consolidate project reports for the Project Manager and Management.
• Prepare and maintain required construction forms, checklists, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Identify project delays, deficiencies, technical concerns, and other risks, and ensure proper corrective action.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, Architects, Consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist in project turnover, punch listing, and completion documentation.
