Job summary

JTL PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in Cavite, Bacoor seeks an on-site construction professional to oversee project activities, supervise workers, monitor safety, and advise on technical matters.

You will review drawings, update schedules, prepare progress reports, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate with foremen and the project manager. Flexibility for additional duties is required as projects evolve. This role requires strong on-site problem-solving and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• On-site construction duties and safety awareness.
• Ability to coordinate with foremen and project manager.
• Documentation and reporting on site progress and quality.

Responsibilities

• Managing parts of assigned Construction Projects.
• Supervising and Monitoring Construction Works.
• Providing Technical Advice and Solving Problems on site.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control of construction materials needed for the assigned project.
• Ensuring the Health, Safety and Cleanliness of construction workers and construction site.
• Checking Technical Designs and Drawings for accuracy and to ensure they are followed correctly.
• Preparation and updating of project schedule.
• Maintain records and documentation of site updates obtained from site operations.
• Preparation of reports on current work progress in comparison between planned and actual activities, and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Coordinate with Construction Workers/Foreman/Leadman and Project Manager as needed.
• Attend weekly Project Coordination Meetings for construction update.
• Other duties assigned
