Job summary

BLTL Construction is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer for on-site work in Cavite, Philippines. The role focuses on planning, estimation, coordination, and execution of construction projects, with responsibilities spanning supervision, take-offs, progress tracking, and quality control.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

Experience in building construction, fit-out, renovation, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to conduct site visits and field work.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost estimates.
Coordinate project requirements with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource utilization.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Review plans, shop drawings, and technical documents.
Assist in procurement planning and material requirement forecasting.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Support project turnover and closeout documentation.
