Job summary

SOLAR RESOURCES, INC. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to supervise and lead site operations in Cavite City. The role focuses on guiding operatives, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to approved plans and housing projects.

The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of supervisory experience on real estate site operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to deliver quality, on-time construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in real estate site operations.
• Experience dealing with contractors and executing activities per approved site plan.
• Knowledgeable in processing contractor billing and documenting Housing Construction Status and Site Inspection Reports.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and group communication.
• Pro-active and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide operatives and contractors on the construction site.
• Supervise and monitor all works within the area of responsibility.
• Enforce quality control and safety at the jobsite.
• Schedule and plan all construction works and related activities on site.
• Oversee execution of activities conforming to the approved plan.
• Interpret plans and specifications prior to construction.
• Coordinate implementation of technical plans and specifications.
• Supervise repairs, amenities and housing validation with site engineers.
• Check and monitor project status reports and accomplishments.
• Coordinate with planning, design architects/engineers and construction management.
• Conduct meetings with workers and contractors regarding project details.
• Assist financial institutions for appraisal and housing take-out.
• Review and check contractor’s billing.
• Prepare and review repair cost estimates, variations and additional works.
• Assist and handling of buyers/homeowners concerns and complaints
