Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reports for construction and development projects. The role requires collaboration with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate records aligned with budgets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in construction-related accounting, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project budgets, billing processes, and cost monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow utilization.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
• Prepare budget monitoring reports, cost analyses, and project summaries.
• Monitor project billings, supplier payments, and contractor disbursements.
• Maintain organized project financial records and support month-end closing and reconciliations.
