Job summary

This full-time role links management, site teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background, 1–3 years in project coordination, strong organization, and solid communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or construction roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Filipino language proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities with defined milestones.
• Monitor progress and maintain records of status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Support procurement by tracking material orders, delivery schedules, and inventory.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures.
• Liaise with site personnel to address issues and facilitate resolutions.
• Support safety and compliance activities on sites.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to contracts and permits.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and management.
