Lorean Steel Construct Corp. seeks a Project Manager – Construction to oversee structural steel and reinforced concrete works.

The role involves managing project execution from planning to completion and ensuring timely delivery at sites assigned across provincial project locations. Based in the Philippines, the position requires coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients, reviewing drawings, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed preferred).
• With strong experience in structural steel and concrete building works.
• Good leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in attending coordination meetings with the Project Management Group (PMG).
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila and in provincial project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project execution from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Review structural drawings and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
• Prepare project reports and oversee site operations.
