Job summary

Filinvest Group in Central Luzon is seeking a Construction Management Associate for residential subdivisions. This role involves assisting in daily construction management, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with plans and schedules.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (PRC license preferred). The position emphasizes site inspections, progress reporting, and cost forecasting to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report site activities and accomplishments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (contracts, RFAs, RFIs, reports).
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, status updates, and presentations.
• Review contractor billing, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Support preparation of cost estimates and project forecasts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, delays, or non-compliance issues.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
• Assist in monitoring site safety practices and incident reporting.
• Support coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Ensure alignment between project stakeholders.
