Job summary

First Balfour Inc. in Paete, Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Materials Controller with at least 2 years of construction warehousing experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performing the assigned task in accordance with established procedure and Materials Management standards
• Implementing the warehousing system at project site
• Reviewing, verifying and signing warehousing documents such as incoming materials receipts and stock reports and other relevant records.
• Ensuring stocks and storage areas are secured and orderly at all times.
• Updating records in SAP
• H highlighting concerns about warehousing issues for immediate action.
• Report to the Project Materials Administrator and Project Manager undocumented deliveries and ensure that such deliveries are not received unless validated or approved.
