Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse staff, preferably in construction.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy construction materials.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends if required.
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, inventory systems, and attendance recording.
• Basic computer skills for reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits.
• Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned.
• Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department.
• Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers.
• Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment at all times.
