CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination

   • Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and construction timelines.

   • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

   • Ensure that project requirements, plans, and specifications are properly understood and implemented.

2. Construction Site Supervision

   • Oversee daily construction activities and monitor project progress.

   • Ensure that all construction works are performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

   • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of workmanship.

3. Project Management and Monitoring

   • Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, manpower, and resources.

   • Identify potential project delays and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

   • Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.

4. Quality Control and Safety Compliance

   • Ensure that construction works meet required quality standards and project specifications.

   • Implement proper construction procedures and workplace safety practices.

   • Address construction issues, deficiencies, and site concerns promptly.

5. Team and Subcontractor Management

   • Supervise and coordinate site engineers, foremen, workers, and subcontractors.

   • Monitor the performance and productivity of project personnel.

   • Ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the agreed schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a Licensed and Registered Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer.

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.

• At least 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.

• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project planning, and technical drawings.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
