Exponent Controls and Electrical Corporation seeks a qualified Project Engineer to lead electrical and instrumentation projects from planning through commissioning. You will develop plans, coordinate teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery at various sites.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering, with 2+ years in electrical/instrumentation and proficiency in PM tools like MS Project or Primavera. Strong communication with stakeholders and safety mindset are required.
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline/management, or related field. (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Electronics)
With at least 2 years of job-related experience preferable in field of Electrical and Instrumentation.
Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation trainings/seminars, Project Management Seminars and the like.
Project Management skills
Able to understand and know how to use any Project Management software like MS Project, Primavera and the like.
Knowledgeable in Cad Design Drawings such as Electrical Plans and other diagrams.
Knowledgeable in Industrial/Electrical Automation.
Must have technical understanding, and documentation skills
Communication skills to manage project stakeholders on site.

Develop/convert an effective plan and methodology to implement the project on schedule and on budget.
Ensures the quality of the deliverables of the project from design up to commissioning.
Ensures to understand the detailed scope of work based on project contract.
Over-all supervision to the project team for both office based and site based.
Ensures just-in time procurement and delivery of materials.
Ensures manpower of the project team is enough to execute the activities and deliverables on time.
Evaluates and recommend for any needed actions to take to maintain the project on-time and on budget
Ensures the quality of the deliveries of the project.
Coordinates and supports other team members before, during and after project execution.
Coordinates the work of subcontractors, and general contractors on sites.
Resolves project site issues, problems, hazards, and other concerns.
Manages all site works and activities.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Complete field quality control installation with the most effective and efficient ways.
