Job summary

int transportation is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to support recruitment and employee relations at our Brgy. Batino, Calamba, Laguna site. You will source, screen, and deploy site personnel and manage pre-employment requirements and contracts.

You will collect DTRs, attendance logs, payroll data, handle worker grievances, enforce codes of conduct, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Maintain personnel files, update leaves, transfers, and project offboarding; answer workers'

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Exposure to construction-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and deploy skilled and unskilled site personnel, ensuring all pre-employment requirements and contracts are completed.
• Collect and verify daily time records (DTR), attendance logs, and payroll data for site workers.
• Handle worker grievances on site and enforce company codes of conduct, including issuing sanctions for policy violations.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel files, updating status changes, leaves, transfers, and project offboarding.
• Answer workers’ inquiries regarding company policies or any employee related inquiries.
• Representative of the company on site.
