Job summary

Stage Riggers Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila seeks an experienced Construction First Aider on a contract basis to support our redevelopment project.

You will provide immediate first aid, maintain detailed incident records, conduct safety briefings, inspect first aid kits, and coordinate with health, safety and site teams to keep workers safe. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Philippines health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or unwell workers on construction sites in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive incident records and documentation of all first aid treatments administered.
• Conduct regular health and safety briefings to construction personnel on first aid procedures and injury prevention.
• Inspect and maintain first aid equipment, supplies and emergency medical kits to ensure they are stocked and ready for use.
• Identify potential health and safety hazards on site and report findings to the Health, Safety & Environment team.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations, including serious injuries, and coordinate with emergency medical services when required.
• Maintain current knowledge of first aid best practices and participate in ongoing training and certification updates.
• Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to develop and implement health and safety improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with relevant construction health and safety regulations and company policies.
• With experience regarding DOLE requirement processes and filing.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction First Aider to join Stage Riggers Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila on a contract basis. This is a critical position within our Health, Safety & Environment team, ensuring that all personnel on our redevelopment project in CCP receive immediate and effective medical response to injuries and emergencies. As Construction First Aider, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe working environment and responding promptly to any health and safety incidents that may occur during construction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or unwell workers on construction sites in accordance with established protocols

• Maintain comprehensive incident records and documentation of all first aid treatments administered

What we're looking for

• Valid First Aid Certification (Level 2 or equivalent) and CPR certification, with current renewal or willingness to obtain immediately

• Minimum 2-3 years of first aid experience, preferably within a construction or industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of construction site hazards and relevant health and safety regulations applicable to the Philippines

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and reassurance to distressed individuals

• Physical fitness and stamina to move around active construction sites and respond promptly to emergencies

• Proven ability to remain calm, focused and professional in high‑pressure situations

• Meticulous attention to detail when documenting incidents and maintaining records

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse construction crews

• Familiarity with emergency response protocols and evacuation procedures

• OSHA or equivalent construction health and safety training is highly desirable

• Preferably knowledgeable to DOLE requirements and willingness to provide help in document filings
