Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in construction estimating or related roles.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and specs accurately.
• Skilled in quantity takeoffs and cost calculations.
• Knowledge of materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements from drawings.
• Identify cost variables, allowances and scope changes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Prepare bid documents and cost documentation for submissions.
