Job summary

Cyanclay Inc. seeks an excellent Sales Executive to fulfill the company’s sales objectives, handling both inbound and outbound sales to promote construction chemicals and materials nationwide.

The role is based at the BGC Head Office with Monday–Friday onsite work. Field work is required as necessary, and you will build strong client relationships, deliver technical product presentations, and support customers with solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and non-written.
• At least 1 year of experience in cold-calling and B2B sales (preferably within the construction industry) is a MUST.
• Familiarity with construction chemicals and materials.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of all company products nationwide.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clientele and prospect customers within the assigned area.
• Discreet in negotiating company products with the clientele and prospect customers.
• Understand market competition and industry trends, providing market feedback for products and services.
• Executes excellent product presentations to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable chemical building materials and provide technical support and solutions.
• Regularly track customer orders and demands to ensure timely delivery.
• Actively report sales activities to the company’s sales system.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance knowledge of chemical building materials and sales skills.
• Collect customer feedback and provide improvement suggestions to meet customer needs.
