Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development for our construction and contracting services, focusing on private companies, property developers, contractors, and project owners.

You will identify opportunities, present capabilities, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams; regular pipeline updates and fieldwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to generate leads and secure business from private companies and developers.
• Strong network with developers, contractors, property owners, or corporate clients is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of construction projects, contracting services, and project costing is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential private clients, property developers, contractors, and project owners.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities for construction and contracting projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, business owners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Present the company's construction capabilities, services, project experience, and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor upcoming private construction and development projects and identify opportunities where the company can participate.
• Coordinate with the estimating, engineering, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations.
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients and work toward securing contracts and project awards.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly provide updates on leads, opportunities, proposals, and closing status.
• Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and increase project acquisition.
• Attend business meetings, site visits, networking events, and client presentations as needed.
