Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support an Australian commercial construction business. Hybrid work in Ortigas, Pasig with 8:00-5:00 schedules AEST/PH time.

You will own end-to-end bookkeeping, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, job costing, and monthly closes, ensuring accuracy and compliant financial records. The role requires Xero experience, Australian payroll and job costing familiarity; a Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong English communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, business administration or related.
• 3+ years end-to-end bookkeeping experience using Xero for Australian businesses.
• Experience managing Australian payroll in Xero including STP reporting and annual finalisation.
• Strong attention to detail with structured, organised approach to bookkeeping.
• Experience in construction/trades bookkeeping and job costing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank transactions and reconciliations in Xero on a weekly basis and monthly close.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; code supplier invoices and raise customer invoices.
• Handle project/job costing and cost allocations within the project management system.
• Execute end-of-month close and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process weekly payroll, payslips, PAYG withholding and Superannuation; lodgement of STP.
