Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and processing financial information.
• Organised approach with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and expenses in accounting systems and ledgers.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, including payment processing and invoice verification.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, bank reconciliations and transaction records.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Process payroll data and assist with employee-related financial documentation.
• Maintain orderly filing systems for financial documents and records.
• Assist with tax compliance documentation and materials for audits.
• Support general administrative tasks in the accounting department.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
