Job summary

JGPro Construction Services is seeking an Accounting Staff to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls.

The role requires a graduate in Accounting or Finance, at least one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience, and willingness to work in Muntinlupa City. You will organize receipts for BIR compliance, monitor transactions, and assist in maintaining internal controls and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• At least one year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles, BIR documentation, and financial regulations.
• Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work closely with management and project teams.
• Willing to report to office in Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Organize receipts and supporting documents for BIR compliance
• Monitor and review incoming and outgoing transactions
• Help ensure proper checks and balances for company collections and disbursements
• Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders
• Audit liquidations and reimbursement requests from engineers and site personnel
• Review project expenses, billings, and supporting documents
• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and internal controls
• Coordinate with management, engineers, suppliers, and project personnel on financial documentation
