Qualifications

Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation and accounting principles.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize company financial records and accounting documents.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Assist with payroll and other accounting-related matters.
Prepare and monitor tax-related documents and compliance requirements.
Track project-related expenses and costs.
Coordinate with management, suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
