Job summary

Incorporate Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage full-spectrum financial accounting and reporting for construction projects. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements, maintain all ledgers, and ensure accurate transaction recording.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction accounting, strong knowledge of standards, and proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting in construction.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and Fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial and analytical support to management.
• Comply with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
