Job summary

Finden Technologies Inc. is seeking a Property Admin Supervisor to oversee condo property day-to-day management, maintenance, and administration in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on maintaining property compliance, occupancy, and asset value while coordinating repairs, contracts, and records. The incumbent will lead marketing efforts to attract buyers or tenants, assist viewing, manage tenant documentation and rent administration, and liaise with government offices for post-sale turnover.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• 4 years of supervisory work experience.
• Keen attention to detail, organized, computer literate, interpersonal and negotiation skills, resourceful and innovative, proficient in Excel report/template creation.
• Chinese speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, and administration of condo properties to maximize occupancy and asset value.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract buyers or tenants.
• Assist prospective buyers in condo unit/parking slots viewing and handle tenant documentation, billing, rental collections, and lease administration.
• Coordinate with buyers and government offices for post-sale requirements and turnover procedures.
• Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies or services.
• Oversee renovation of units, schedule workers, monitor timelines, manage cost estimates, and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor petty cash, expense reports, and assist in budget preparation and cost control.
• Draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for sale and ensure all property records, contracts, and documents are compliant.
• Monitor and track documents after property purchase to ensure transfer and registration requirements.
