Job summary

The Management Information Systems Office at University of Baguio is seeking a capable Computer Technician to support IT operations on campus and ensure reliable services for staff and students.

Applicants should hold TESDA NC II in Computer Servicing with hands-on CCTV installation experience and strong troubleshooting, network configuration, and Active Directory skills. Good communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting desktops and laptops, and in diagnosing hardware/software issues.
• Strong network configuration and layout skills for LAN/WAN environments.
• Microsoft Server Active Directory skills and user/group management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work collaboratively in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and CCTV installation/documentation.
• Maintain uptime of servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Assist users with hardware/software issues and document technical resolutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative team player, and displays a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent IT support services
