Moneed is seeking a Compliance Testing Officer in the Philippines to perform AML and regulatory compliance assurance following the approved testing plan. The role includes developing and executing testing plans, evaluating regulatory requirements, and documenting findings.

Responsibilities include communicating results to senior management, supporting remedial actions, and monitoring implementation to ensure effective remediation within the compliance program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
• 3-6 years of compliance/testing experience.
• Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is an advantage (CPA, CIA, CAMS).
• Understanding of Compliance Testing Methodologies.
• Ability to provide sound judgment during review/investigation.
• Adequate knowledge of financial services processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP Issuances).
• Proficient in communicating with stakeholders.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description

The Compliance Testing Officer will perform AML and Regulatory compliance assurance based on the approved Compliance Testing Plan and ad-hoc testing as the need arise.

• Responsible for conducting periodic testing and reviews of the institution's Compliance program to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Duties include developing, enhancing and/or executing AML and Regulatory testing plans, assessment of related regulatory and control requirements and documenting testing results and findings.
• Communicates testing results to the relevant stakeholders (i.e., senior management).
• Assists in the implementation of remedial actions to strengthen the organization's compliance programs.
• Monitors implementation of action plans resulting from the compliance testing activity to ensure remediation.
• Other related tasks to be assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate
• At least 3-6 years of experience
• Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is an advantage (e.g., CPA, CIA, CAMS)
