Job summary

ShopeePay is seeking a Compliance Testing Officer to perform AML and regulatory compliance assurance in line with the approved Compliance Testing Plan. The role includes periodic testing, reviews of the compliance program, and coordination with senior management to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of BSP issuances and strong communication skills to document findings and lead corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate.
• At least 3-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and execute AML and regulatory testing plans; assess regulatory requirements and document results.
• Communicate testing results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support remedial actions to strengthen compliance programs.
• Monitor action plan implementation to ensure remediation is completed.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
