Job summary

Blaine Corporation in the Philippines is looking for a Quality Management Specialist responsible for maintaining compliance and ensuring that all documentation is current and effective. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in document review, audit preparations, and supplier accreditation within the Veterinary Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical industries.

The role supports management of Quality Management System documents and facilitates internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience applying expertise in document review and audit.
• Experience in supplier accreditation and compliance with regulations.
• Strong understanding of cGMP/GDP and FDA requirements.

Job Description

1. Maintain site-wide compliance by ensuring all activities and documentation are current, effective and in-use.
2. Ensure all Internal and External Audits, including Third Party Audit Preparations, are complete.
3. Assist in supplier accreditation/qualification and ensure compliance to required documentation.
4. Support management of all Quality Management System-related documents.
5. Monitor and maintain completeness of documentation in all GMP processes in the company.
6. Ensure documentation for supplier accreditation/qualification is complete and current, in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
7. Ensure annual training requirements for the company are complied with.
8. Support safekeeping of all documents registered under the Document Control Center.
9. Facilitate the Internal Quality Audit Team and its functional activities.
10. Facilitate all external audits (regulatory and certifying bodies, clients/customers).
11. Support execution of continuous improvement actions and projects.
12. Ensure compliance with cGMP/GDP, FDA, Halal, FSSC, customer, and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
13. Provide assistance in deviation investigation, robust CAPA identification and implementation.
14. Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Qualifications

With at least 3 years working experience applying the expertise on document review, audit, regulations, standards, supplier accreditation, document and change management and deviation handling on any of the Business Industries in Veterinary Food, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical.
