Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking a Business and Compliance Officer to act as the main liaison between the company, 3rd party partners, and government licensing bodies. You will track and maintain project records, ensure adherence to policies, and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in compliance and account management, ideally within the gambling industry or PAGCOR contexts.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, AB Communications or related field.
• At least four years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with online gambling companies and PAGCOR is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for B2B accounts and manage information flow.
• Build and manage relationships with 3rd party accounts.
• Set timelines, guidelines and processes with internal teams and 3rd parties.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure next steps are clear.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, decisions, policies and processes.
• Oversee documents and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparation of integration, project issues, and reports.
• Be the first escalation point for issues with 3rd parties and government bodies.
• Facilitate training sessions on BCO tasks.
• Undertake other tasks as directed by senior management.
