Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Compliance & Risk Management Associate to strengthen our compliance culture and risk practices across the organization. You will collaborate with business units, regulators, auditors, and senior management to monitor risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support improvements to internal controls and governance.

In this role you will contribute to risk frameworks, policies, and business continuity planning, helping the bank manage exposures and sustain regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related functions within a bank or financial institution.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, or compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations, corporate governance, and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
