Extend Your Team is seeking a highly organized Compliance Project Manager in the Philippines to support senior leaders, coordinate QUs and team meetings, and drive end-to-end operational tasks. This hybrid role blends executive assistance and project management, with focus on compliance-related projects touching regulated units.

Candidates should have 5+ years experience, exceptional organization, and English fluency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational and administrative support to senior leaders (L4s), functioning as an extension of their workflow.
• Organize and drive Quarterly Updates (QUs), Team meetings, and other recurring leadership touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks with speed and accuracy, adapting quickly as priorities shift.
• Track and document issues, tasks, and projects through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Itemize, review, and track tasks or projects to ensure ongoing updates and progress.
• Work closely with team members across multiple departments, including Compliance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Facilitate discussions to address operational issues and provide updates on project progress.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.
• Help maintain visibility into compliance-related action items and follow up with stakeholders to keep them on track.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide GenOps Support, assisting senior leadership with operational execution, coordination, and organization. This role requires strong operational management skills, the ability to move quickly across shifting priorities, and comfort operating as a hybrid between an Executive Assistant and a Project Manager. You will support senior leaders directly, help run Quarterly Updates (QUs) and Team meetings, keep operational work moving end-to-end, and bring a working understanding of compliance requirements to projects that touch regulated business units.

As a Compliance Project Manager, you will provide excellence by:

• Assisting in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Itemizing, reviewing, and tracking tasks or projects to ensure ongoing updates and progress. Able to get a project done end-to-end.
• Working closely with team members across multiple departments, including Compliance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Facilitating discussions to address operational issues and providing updates on project progress.
• Serving as a reliable point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.

• Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours (8 AM to 5 PM) with a one-hour break.
• Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
