Job summary

Rizal MicroBank (operating as RCBC Microbank - A Thrift Bank, Inc.) seeks a Compliance Operations Officer to support the Compliance Operations Head in maintaining and operating the department's controls.

The role targets graduates in Accounting, Legal Management, or related business fields with 2+ years in banking compliance or audit, strong regulatory risk awareness, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting, Legal Management, or related business course.
• 2+ years of banking compliance or audit experience preferred.
• Strong ability to identify and assess regulatory, compliance, and ML/TF risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues to resolution.
• Ability to share knowledge and train colleagues.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
