Job summary

Extend Your Team in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance tester to support licensing, monitoring, and testing activities.

You will organize licensing efforts, review documentation, analyze evidence, and report findings to Compliance and Leadership, while aligning with US East work hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in compliance monitoring and testing.
• Licensing experience in business and lending preferred.
• Experience in a technology-first environment.
• SQL auditing experience required.
• Experience with Asana or Jira preferred.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work US Eastern Time (9AM–6PM).

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating state license applications.
• Organize and monitor licensing efforts.
• Monitor and test processes for compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Review documents, analyze data, and produce evidence for Compliance.
• Research findings, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
• Own and improve Compliance Management System processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports for management.
• Perform other compliance-related tasks to grow the CMS.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and motivated person who will help provide critical testing and licensing support to the Compliance Team. The perfect candidate will have previous Compliance experience at a financial institution or bank - experience in licensing is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn necessary regulatory requirements and the types of documentation we provide customers to meet those requirements. The candidate will use that knowledge to test our performance in adherence to those requirements and communicate the results of that testing to Compliance and Company Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating state license applications
• Organize and monitor licensing efforts
• Assist in monitoring and testing company processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Document review, data analysis, and/or evidence production for the Compliance Department.
• Research testing findings, root cause issues, and develop / propose solutions for practices that are out of compliance.
• Take ownership over and provide recommendations for improvement of Compliance Management System processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports for management
• Any other Compliance-related tasks necessary to ensure to the growth of the Compliance Management System

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience in Compliance monitoring and testing
• At least 1 year experience in business and lending licensing
• Experience in a technology-first environment
• SQL experience and auditing experience required
• Experience with Asana or Jira preferred
• Quick learner who is willing to take on new challenges
• Strong orientation to deadline and detail
• Organization and Time Management skills are a must
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work US Eastern Time 9AM - 6 PM
• Must be based in the Philippines

Salary range: USD 9-12/hr (Php 90-120k/month) with HMO, Paid Time Off/Leaves, Laptop provided
