Job summary

VBP Back Office Solutions Inc. seeks a Compliance Officer to help ensure operations align with government regulations, policies, and professional standards. You will monitor the compliance program, coordinate audits, and prepare timely reports to agencies such as PEZA, BOI, SEC, and DOLE.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strong communication, and attention to detail. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Experience coordinating audits and dealing with regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of PEZA, BOI, SEC, DOLE and related government agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the compliance program implementation.
• Ensure adherence with PEZA, BIR, BOI, SEC, and DOLE requirements.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to agencies on deadlines.
• Maintain records and documentation of compliance activities.
• Identify regulatory updates and potential risks.
• Inform management of significant compliance matters.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist audits
• Collaborate with external counsel and stakeholders on compliance.
• Support internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections; review processes for gaps.
• Respond to due diligence requests; support education and training.
