Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Compliance Director/Officer to provide independent oversight of our Ethics and Compliance Program in the Philippines. You will identify and assess compliance risks, develop and execute annual audit plans, and oversee conflict of interest disclosures.

You will act as a subject matter expert on compliance and privacy, facilitate training, and ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.

Job description

The Compliance Director/Officer provides independent oversight of the organization's Ethics and Compliance Program. This role is responsible for identifying and assessing compliance risks; developing and executing annual compliance audit and monitoring plans; reviewing and advising on conflict of interest disclosures; and partnering with business and operational leaders to integrate compliance practices into day-to-day operations.

The Compliance Director/Officer serves as a subject matter expert on compliance and privacy-related matters, facilitates compliance training and education initiatives, fulfills the responsibilities of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), and ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Additionally, this role provides leadership and management oversight for compliance personnel and supports the continuous enhancement of the organization's compliance framework.
