Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. invites a Fresh Graduate to join our Compliance team in a hybrid Pasay/Makati setup. The role involves clearing Actimise alerts, monitoring progress, and supporting the Legal & Compliance Department.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of work experience; graduates are welcome. Prior exposure to the insurance or banking sectors is a plus, and a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course is required; preference for Business Management or Legal Management.
• 1+ year of work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in Legal or Compliance is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in insurance or banking is an advantage but not required.
• Flexible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Disposes/Clears Actimise alerts based on Compliance Team procedures.
• Provides progress monitoring reports on Actimise alert clearance.
• Escalates SAN alerts to Compliance-AML Team members when needed.
• Assists Compliance-AML Team in Actimise alert tasks.
• Assists in preparing reports related to Actimise alerts.
• Provides other administrative support to Legal & Compliance Department.

Job Responsibilities

1. Disposes/Clears Actimise alerts based on the training, guidelines and procedures of Compliance Team;

2. Conducts and provides progress monitoring report on Actimise alerts clearance;

3. Escalates SAN alerts and/ or any alert that requires immediate attention to Compliance-AML Team members;

4 Assist Compliance-AML Team members in tasks related to Actimise alerts;

5. Assists in the preparation of reports related to Actimise alerts; and

6. Performs other administrative support to Legal & Compliance Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree of any course (preferably, Business Management or Legal Management)

2. With at least 1 year work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
