Job summary

TP is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen our Compliance Management System through monitoring, testing, auditing, and reporting. You will help document controls, track remediation, and drive process improvements using Google Workspace tools.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business partners to enhance data quality, automate reporting, and maintain audit-ready records in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Drive.
• Experience with documented processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring, control testing, and audit activities.
• Document findings and track corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, control inventories, and audit documentation.
• Assist with risk assessments, regulatory change management, and policy reviews.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Monitor key compliance metrics and identify trends, risks, and potential control gaps.
• Support governance and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Management System.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compliance processes and reporting.
• Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and dashboards using Google Workspace technologies.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
