Job summary

Select VoiceCom is seeking a Compliance Coordinator in Cebu to review, update, and implement policies across departments. You will conduct trainings, track attestations, monitor user access, and support audits while maintaining accurate records in our Compliance Platforms.

The role requires a degree in IT/engineering or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency or equivalent; willingness to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with departments to review, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conducts training on established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Monitors compliance requirements, employee acknowledgments, attestations, and training completion.
• Reviews user access and workstation applications to ensure least privilege and security requirements.
• Manages user accounts, training assignments, attestations, and related records in Compliance Platforms.
• Assists audits, compliance assessments, and monitoring activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
