Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a developer to design and maintain Compleat functions, build API integrations, and enhance automation for travel workflows. The role requires experience with Compleat and GDS systems, plus strong English communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a hybrid Manila office.

You’ll engage in research, testing, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client and enterprise project requirements, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the travel industry, preferably agency or TMC.
• 3+ years developing with Compleat or similar platform.
• 3+ years hands-on GDS experience (Sabre).
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Create new and maintain Compleat functions; implement API integrations.
• Support internal customers, respond to tickets and change requests.
• Test, document, and ensure high-quality performance and maintainability.
• Coordinate with other teams to address gaps in Compleat functionality.
• Attend meetings and flag potential blockers to leadership.
